Dinner for Staff -- Monday 11/21 & Tuesday 11/22.

Our entire community is invited to donate to & shop at the Skyline Used Book Sale

Book collection week:

--Monday, 11/7 through Thursday 11/10

--gently used book only

--there will be a competition for the classes that collect the most books

--each class that donates 100 books will earn a free book per student to be chosen on the last day of the sale (Thursday, 11/17)

--the class that donates the most books will earn a cupcake party!

--please mark book donation bags/boxes with name of student's teacher so we can keep track of how many books each class donates

--Drop donations outside of Room 203 (the teacher copy room across from the gym)


Book sale week:

--Monday, 11/4: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

--Tuesday, 11/15: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

--Wednesday, 11/16: 11:30 am - 5:30 pm

--Thursday, 11/17: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

--Each student gets to select a free book if their class collected over 100 books.

--From 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm on the last day of the sale, Teachers and staff can shop for free!

--From 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm on the last day of the sale, students and families can fill a bag for $5.00

--FRIDAY BONUS SALE DAY!

--MONDAY & TUESDAY during conference hours

--Pricing:

--Early readers: 2/$1.00

--Paperbacks: $1.00

--Hardcovers: $2.00

COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER
Information went home with students on 11/7/22. The fundraiser runs through Monday, 11/21. Plan to pick up dough (it will not be delivered) at the school on Thursday 12/15.

PTA meetings

  • The next PTA meeting is Thursday, November 17 at 6pm in the school library and through Google Meet. If you have an agenda item to add, email skylineschoolpta@gmail.com three days before the meeting.

  • All are welcome to attend PTA meetings. You must, however, be a paid member to vote. Head to the Membership tab to join.

  • Skyline Staff, PTA has Membership scholarships. After joining PTA, use this reimbursement form and PTA will get you a check shortly. Please join today!

CAS Clubs are in full swing! Can you donate to the general CAS club fund to help our staff get the supplies they need? Please donate here - thank you!

A big thank you to the Skyline community members and families who have donated to the PTA this school year. Checks always appreciated and online donations can be made through the Donate tab.

Major thanks to Kristin Kuntz Rader, who donates $100 for each home sale she makes in the Skyline area back to our PTA. We are so fortunate to receive $700 from her real estate team for sales from the past year. Thank you, Kristin!
